Description

Are you ready to have tons of fun? Join me on a fantastic ski touring adventure on this 3-day trip around beautiful Northern California. I’ll take you to bowls and mountain peaks under endless sunny blue skies.

We’ll start our trip in the wonderful Lassen Volcanic National Park and visit the breathtaking Southern Cascades. On this first day, we’ll ski in deep snow around active volcanic areas with steam vents and bubbling mud pots. You’ll love this hidden gem of the west coast!

On our second day, we’ll go up to Castle Lake, located between Mt. Shasta and the Castle Crags Wilderness area. This area is one-of-a-kind. With spectacular views, short approaches and endless possibilities of good skiing, Castle Lake will quickly become your favorite spot.

Lastly, we’ll spend the third day on the lower flanks of Mount Shasta, one of the best ski mountaineering terrains in the world. This trip is recommended for intermediate to advanced skiers and snowboarders.

Guide was very experienced and very patient with us. We learned alot and he tried to fit in all the knowledge he could in one day, super awesome. A little tough going back and forth to get the trip set up hard to tell if the site is sketchy until you see reviews but all worked out. Ended up with an awesome day with an awesome guide. Overall pretty satisfied and thankful!
