It may seem unusual to enjoy an introductory level back country skiing course on a mountain as impressive, and imposing, as Mount Baker (3,286m). However, on this full day trip, that is exactly what you will be able to do.

During this trip you will get to learn a number of important skills and fundamentals that you can not only use on Mount Baker, but in future back country adventures you may have. Some of the skills include route planning, hazard identification and practical skiing techniques. Furthermore, we will happily answer any questions you may have and provide you with tips and advice whenever we can.

Even though this course is an introductory course, you should still have some prior skiing experience. You should also be in good physical condition as well.
