Description

Join me on a great 9-day heliboarding safari from lodge-to-lodge, in the spectacular terrain of the Skeena and Coast Mountains in British Columbia. We will be skiing between two fantastic lodges in this area: Bell 2 Lodge and Ripley Creek Inn.

During these days, you will enjoy the untouched terrain of the British Columbia mountains, a world heliskiing mecca. This region offers incredible tree runs, glaciers and open bowls for some amazing descents on deep powder. We will begin the day skiing from one lodge and finish at the other lodge, over 65 kilometres away.

The Bell 2 Lodge is located 360 km from Smithers and it is the perfect mix between the luxury of a first class hotel and a cozy and rustic canadian cottage. The warm and comfortable Ripley Creek Inn is located in the small mining town of Stewart, near the border with Alaska, in the Skeena Mountains.

Both locations offer great possibilities in case we are not allow to fly due to weather conditions. You can either go snowshoeing around the Bell 2 Lodge, or fishing in Stewart, or just chill out at some local pubs.

This tour takes 3 groups of only 4 guests in a A-Star B2/B3 helicopter. We guarantee you will ski 39,200 meters of vertical drop, with an average of 54,860 meters.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge.
