Canyoning day trip in Carleva Canyon

Join me for this canyoning day trip in the Carleva Canyon. Let me guide you through its intriguing caves, pristine water and waterfalls. And discover this wonderful place in a very unique way.

The Carleva Canyon is a dazzling place that offers everything any adventurer could ask for. It is very close to the Maglia canyon, in the Breil-sur-Roya. The Breil-sur-Roya is gorgeous french commune located in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region. And it is directly accessible from the town of Breil.  

During our 5 to 6 hours of descent, we’ll explore many amazing spots. And we’ll get to swim in the most transparent and refreshing water. We’ll also trek through narrow passages that will lead us to unexpected majestic waterfalls that separate the basins.

Also we’ll get to admire some of the biggest basins in the area. Moreover, the large size of the basins will allow us to perform countless jumps and enjoy thrilling slides.

From the parking lot we will distribute all the gear and get ready for the descent. Then, we will take a walk of approximately 550 meters. So it will take us around 1h45 to reach the entrance of the canyon. But the return will be an easier trek of only 15 minutes back to Breil. As for the meals, we’ll have a delicious picnic in the canyon, surrounded by the most beautiful views.

You don’t need to have previous experience with ropes and climbing techniques to participate. I will make sure I teach you everything you need to know, and that you are safe the whole time. However it is compulsory to know how to swim.
