Description

There are lots of great hiking trails and sights to explore in the Dolomites.

On this trip, I’ll show you the best parts and you can choose whether you want to do one day of hiking or multiple days. You can also choose whether you want to take a medium hike or something more difficult.

One trail that I would recommend is the Tre Cime di Lavaredo circuit. This is a classic trail which gives us amazing views of the three iconic peaks.

The Dolomites are an area rich in history too, so another idea would be to hike through the WWI front at Mt. Piana. We’ll go back in time as we explore the trenches and tunnels created at that time.

We could also hike to the beautiful Lake Sorapiss. We’ll traverse a rocky landscape to arrive at the lake. From there, we’ll be able to enjoy the views and the aquamarine colour of the water.

I have been in love with my mountains and their beauty, the uniquely wonderful Dolomites, since I was a child and started exploring them with my dad. Born and raised in the area, I know the Dolomites, its footpaths and the area intimately.
