Description
Nestled into the northern section of Colorado, Rocky Mountain National Park has some of the best scenery in the American West, especially in the winter.
And one of the best ways to experience this scenery is on your skis. Join one of our certified mountain guides for a full-day of ski touring throughout the park!
Depending on what you would like to do, we could ski tour up to the top of one of the park’s many iconic peaks, taking in stunning views of the surrounding lakes, forests and mountains.
We could also take advantage of the thrilling couloir drops and numerous low-angle snow fields, both of which come in abundance here.
There are also numerous backcountry alpine glades and open bowls through which we may ski and explore. If we’re lucky, while we’re out here, we may have the chance to see some of the park’s signature wildlife, including elk, bighorn sheep and coyotes!
Regardless of how we spend our day, we will only manage to see a small corner of this magnificent park, but will certainly have whet your appetite for more.
