Mt. Yotei, an iconic volcano in central Hokkaido, is often called Ezo-Fuji—Hokkaido’s own Mt. Fuji—thanks to its striking resemblance.
As you ascend, the landscape gradually shifts from dense forests at the base to rugged, rocky terrain near the summit. Once at the top, you'll be rewarded with a stunning 360-degree panorama and a chance to explore the mountain’s impressive craters.
You can enjoy blooms of alpine plants in summer and colored leaves of trees in fall. You can only see those colorful scenery if you stand on the top.
The guide is highly knowledgeable about the volcano and will recommend the best trail based on your preferences, abilities, and seasonal weather conditions. Feel free to share your interests and preferences to make the most of your adventure!

We did two days of backcountry skiing/splitboarding with Daiki as a group of four, and it was some of the best touring any of us have ever experienced. The terrain selection was outstanding. We skied phenomenal lines and found completely untracked runs both days. Daiki’s knowledge of the area was equally impressive. He clearly understands the terrain, snowpack, and weather patterns at a deep level, which allowed us to maximize great skiing while keeping avalanche risk thoughtfully managed. We always felt safe and confident in his decision-making. I would highly recommend Daiki to anyone looking for an unforgettable backcountry experience. We’ll absolutely be back.

Daiki was an excellent guide. The route he recommended was amazing to see the autumn colors I was searching for. Daiki shared interested information of the region along the way and also adapted to my own pace so I could enjoy. I would book again if o have the chance. Highly recommended!

Comments: Daiki was hands down one of the best hiking experience I have ever had. From beginning to finish, Daiki showcased exceptional expertise, passion, and professionalism. Daiki has deep knowledge about the areas of ecology, geology, and history. Daiki carefully assessed our group’s pace and provided clear terrain warnings. His attention to detail was reassuring. He transformed a simple hike in the nature into an unforgettable journey. We highly recommend Daiki as your tour guide.
