Description

It is not often a person gets the opportunity to hike around the highest mountain in a country. However, on this 3 day adventure, that is exactly what you will get to do, as I will guide you around Mount Triglav (2,864m), the highest peak in Slovenia.

Located in the Julian Alps, Mount Triglav is a sensational mountain. Stunning and grand, it is the kind of peak that will grant you great views as you make your way up.

This journey around Mount Triglav will begin in the beautiful Vrata valley (1,015m). From there, we will make our way up to the Dom Valentina Stanica mountain hut (2,332m), where you will get to enjoy a delicious meal and get some much needed rest.

On the second day of this trip, we will trek to the summit of Mount Cmir (2,391m). After you've enjoyed some great views of the Julian Alps, we will then go to the Planik mountain hut (2,401m), where you will enjoy dinner and some rest.

On the final day of this trek, we will leave the Planik mountain hut and make our way back down to the Vrata valley.

There will be some difficult parts of this hike. As a result, participants should be in good physical condition and have some previous hiking experience.

Price includes: Guiding fee, Transport during the trip and rental of personal technical equipment ( Hiking poles, climbing belt, helmet, snowshoes, etc. ) // The price does not include: Transportation from your hotel to the meeting place and back to your hotel is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival (10 – 60 EUR per person). Half-board accommodation in the mountain hut or hotel for guide and clients are not included in the price.
