It’s my pleasure to invite you to climb the Mt Triglav North face. As you may know, it’s the highest mountain in Slovenia. It’s your opportunity to reach its top in a one-or-two-day guided trip!
The Mt Triglav North face is so famous and important for Slovenian people that they simply call it as “The Wall”. And they have their reasons! This face of Mt Triglav is one of the biggest walls in all the Eastern Alps. It is 1000m high.
We can climb the Mt Triglav North face by one of its several ascent routes. There are itineraries for all levels of climbers. Here are some of the options I offer.
- Slovenian Route (800 m) – Level: easy-intermediate; (you can find more details on this route in the “More Info” box below)
- German Route (800 m) – Level: intermediate;
- Long German (1000 m) – Level: intermediate- sustained;
- Bavarian (800 m) – Level: sustained – hard
- Skalaška (1000 m) – Level: hard
If you are in an exceptional physical condition (level 5, from 1 to 5) we can reach the top of Mt Triglav and back in only one day. I generally suggest we do it in two days and spend the night in a comfortable mountain hut.
You can also check the climbing program I offer to the top of Mt Triglav by its normal route
So, if you want to join me for this unique adventure in Mt Triglav North face please contact me! I will be happy to guide you up there!

If you cancel less than 21 days before the first day of the tour, you won’t receive a refund.Take into account, however, that if accommodation, flights or transfers were included in the trip you booked, then a different policy may apply as the guide will be bound by the provider’s cancellation policy.
What happens if the guide cancels the trip because of bad weather/unsuitable conditions?
If bad weather or unsuitable conditions force the guide to cancel the trip, he or she will: a) propose a similar activity at a different place where conditions are better, or b) propose to postpone the activity until a later date, or c) cancel. If you refuse option a), our cancellation policy will apply. Please note, however, that the call to cancel a trip due to bad weather can only be made by the guide (not the client).

About the Guide
I was born on 4.8.1979 in Jesenice. I am a UIAGM mountain guide, ski instructor and sports teacher and the current president of the Slovenian Mountain Guide Association.
I am still the only guide who can make a living working exclusively in Slovenia. I climb Triglav more than 25 times per year, which means I have climbed the most famous peak in my country over 200 times.
If you want to climb or ski in Slovenian mountains I am the right choice. I guide via ferrata, rock climbing, snow climbing, ice climbing, hikes, heliski, freeride skiing and ski touring.
Slovenia has good options for all of these activities, so you are welcome to take a look at my trips and find something for yourself. If you don't find anything let me know and I will see if I can help you!
I speak English. Ich sprache auch ein bischen Deutsch. Parla anche un pocho Italiano e abla tambien un po Espanol.
