Description

One of the best ways to explore the majestic beauty of Grand Teton National Park is on a pair of skis!

Whether you opt to simply ski on the deep and fresh powder or climb up one of the park's various summits, there is plenty to see here on your skis.

With steep slopes offering long runs, there is plenty of great off-piste terrain to zoom down. Since the area, and the state as a whole, is pretty remote, we can expect to be reasonably isolated, which means plenty of fresh powder just for us.

If getting some of the best views in all of Wyoming is what you are after, then climbing up one of the park's many cirques with crampons and an ice axe is a good way to go. Head up various ridge lines to enjoy immaculate views, before plunging back down to the valley floor on your skis.

Regardless of what you would like to do, we can customize the perfect itinerary for your skill set and time allowances. However, you should be an intermediate-level off-piste skier in order to maximize your enjoyment on this trip.

So what are you waiting for? Book now for an incredible 1+ day ski mountaineering experience in Grand Teton National Park!

If you like the look of this trip, but are looking for a summertime adventure, then I think you will also enjoy my 1+ day rock climbing trips in the Grand Tetons!

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge. It gave us the confidence to later hire our own equipment and go out in Mojstrana. Altogether a five star + experience. Thank you.
