Description

Join us for a sport climbing mini-vacation on the most stunning cliffs of Tuscany, designed for climbers of all levels—from enthusiastic beginners to experienced athletes.

Throughout the trip, we’ll focus on improving your climbing technique using the innovative Pro Elastik Rock method, which combines simple yet effective tools like elastic bands and visual markers to boost movement awareness and technical precision. Whether you're learning the ropes or refining your skills, you'll receive personalized guidance in a supportive, small-group setting.

Safety is a top priority. We’ll cover key aspects of ropework and partner belaying techniques, all while exploring some of the region’s most scenic crags.

You’ll stay in the charming pilgrim hostel in Camaiore, nestled between the Apuan Alps and the Versilia coastline. This trip is not just about climbing—it's a chance to relax, connect with nature, and enjoy the Tuscan lifestyle. Picture sandy beaches just a few kilometers away, delicious local food and wine, and nearby cultural gems like Pisa, Lucca, and Pietrasanta.

Want more? You can extend your stay at the Camaiore hostel or retreat to the peaceful "Elanor Refuge" in the nearby village of Casoli.

What people are saying about Prorock

    Isaac

Roberto and Christian were amazing guides, very professional, and a lot of fun to hang out with on the climb and afterward.

The climb was a great introduction for newbies - I found it the perfect balance of challenging and fun! Franco is knowledgeable, patient and funny!

    Haemish

Our guide, Franco, was awesome! We climbed for about four hours on an easy, yet STUNNING route. The rock was a bit chossy, but we got through it fine :) Lovely day out!

This place blew my mind, it's a true Natural Waterpark and I recommend it 100%! It’s not well-known, but from now on it should be be a must when you visit Tuscany. It's located 1:30 hs from Firenze, making the Apuan Alps an amazing option for a day trip. I went up by train and Carlo, the guide, was waiting for me in the train station. I've never done a canyoning adventure before and it turned out to be the most fun I had this summer. This adventure is for all levels, if I did it anyone can! But you must not have a fear of heights and have a notion about rock climbing or rappelling. The jumps at first are a little bit scary, but there is nothing better than overcoming fears and doing it anyway! The experience ends up under a Roman bridge, and it makes everything so special. I felt super safe at all times, because our guides, Carlo and Franco, were just FANTASTIC! Just book your adventure anytime with Explore-Share and you’ll never forget it!
