Description
Join us in Owens River Gorge for a workshop that will help you develop the mental skills necessary to take your climbing to the next level.
We will focus on mind and body awareness, and practice using these tools while on the wall. In order to achieve confident flow, it’s necessary to engage with both your strengths and limitations.
Participants should be able to give a top-rope belay, and preferably have some lead belay experience. Most importantly, they should be ready to embrace the mental challenges that rock climbing poses.
The two professional instructors that give this workshop are passionate about rock climbing and helping others overcome challenges to become better climbers. During the workshop you will receive one-on-one coaching from them to develop mental strategies that work for you.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge. It gave us the confidence to later hire our own equipment and go out in Mojstrana. Altogether a five star + experience. Thank you.
