Cho Oyu summit Climb expedition

Find here an interesting climb expedition to one of the highest peaks in the world…

Cho Oyu summit has 8201 meters high and is located in the border between Nepal and the Tibet. It’s a great spot for those climb lovers that want to attempt objectives over 8000 meters.

I proposed a 43-day program in which we’ll trek to camps in different altitudes for the acclimatization process. Our main objective will be the ascent to the mentioned summit. Furthermore, during the trip we’ll enjoy amazing views  of the Khumbu valley.

DAY 1 – 3: Fly and meeting at Kathmandu city. During these days we’ll visit some attractions in the city and to prepare our next days.

DAY 4 – 10: Days of acclimatization walks. At least, we drive to Chinese Camp at 4900m.

DAY 11 – 13: Trekking days to Base Camp.

DAY 14 – 39:  We’ll prepare ourselves for attempt our main objective. Once we reach the summit, we’ll appreciate the beauties that the nature offers.

DAY 40 – 43: Finally, we return to Kathmandu to get out flights back to home.

It’s important to know that participants must have prior climbing experience in peaks over 6000 meters high. Additionally, it’s necessary to have an excellent physical condition and be able to climb in rock, ice and snow terrain.
