Highlights

A one week programme in a beautiful destination in North Patagonia: Nahuel Huapi National Park.

This is the oldest protected area in Argentina and the largest in the Andean area. It surrounds the Nahuel Huapi lake in the city of Bariloche.

Beyond this famous landmark, the area has many other scenic lakes spread along the forest, rivers and mountains.

This time, I propose a 7-day hiking trip from Colonia Suiza to Pampa Linda. Along the way, we’ll discover incredible lagoons in the heights and pass by the foot of the impressive Mount Tronador (3554 m).

For further details, you can find a complete itinerary below this description.

Walking through wild places and admiring fascinating views are definitely the highlights of this trip. Besides, we’ll sleep in tents, surrounded by magical landscapes.

The best time to travel here is between October to April.

Please contact me if you want to join me for this adventure in the Argentinian Patagonia. It will be a pleasure to be your guide in this place I know so well!

I also offer other trips in Patagonia, like a 4-day expedition climbing Lanin Volcano or a 3-day guided climb in Cerro Penitentes, in the province of Mendoza.

    About the Guide

Mountain Guide - EPGAMT - Argentina
I was born in Patagonia, Argentina and formed at an early age as a climber in the Nahuel Huapi National Park. Currently I completed a large number of rock and ice climbing routes, backcountry skiing and ascents in many mountains around the world such as Mt. Lhotse (8.516 mts.), the 4th highest peak in the world, without using supplemental oxygen (May, 2012).
I'm a certified Mountain Guide from the EPGAMT and a member of the Argentinian Mountain Guides Association (AAGM) and work on Mt. Aconcagua, which I had repeatedly ascended, as well as in other peaks in the Central Andes, Patagonia, Chile, Peru, Bolivia and in The Himalayas in Nepal.
During the winter season, I practice backcountry skiing, mostly on the volcanoes in Patagonia, where I can offer you different adventures, according to your level (beginner, learner or advanced learner).
I feel very privileged to work as a mountain guide, to do the job that I love, and to be able to share it with people that have the same passion.
Join my expeditions and I will provide you a high standard of safety and personal attention!
