The Lofoten Islands, located 200 kilometers above the Arctic Circle in northern Norway, are a dream destination for climbers. Towering granite walls rise dramatically from the Norwegian Sea, offering routes for every level — from smooth beginner slabs to classic trad and ridge-line adventures.

During the summer months, you’ll experience the midnight sun, a natural phenomenon where the sun doesn’t set for weeks. This means endless daylight and the chance to climb at any hour. Warm temperatures and even sandy beaches make this an unforgettable Arctic experience.

This guided climbing day is completely customizable. Whether you want to learn the basics on friendly slabs like Pianokrakken, challenge yourself on classic trad routes like Bare Blåbær or Presten, or explore wild alpine ridges like Geitgaljen or Sautinden, I’ll design the perfect day based on your goals, skill level, and the weather.

This program is open to climbers of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced trad climbers. You can join as a solo adventurer, a couple, or a small group (up to 6 people). All technical gear is included, and I’ll make sure everything is safe, fun, and adapted to your pace and expectations.
