Description

Tuscany is one of the most beautiful areas in all of Italy. And on this trip, we want to guide you on a full day, private, basic rock climbing course in the commune of Falesia de Monsummano. The commune is a fantastic place to visit and explore. However, on this course we will head to the nearby cliffs, where the basic course will take place.

Since this is a basic course, no previous experience is necessary. Also, because safety is always a priority, a certified guide will always be there to supervise every move you make.

The day will begin at Camaiore at approximately 9 o'clock in the morning. From there we will take a car transfer to the Monsummano cliffs. The course will begin by going over the necessary equipment. We'll make sure that you understand what every item does and how it works. After that we will cover proper nutrition and some psychological aspects of rock climbing. We will then start climbing the cliffs, taking our time, making sure you are comfortable and confident in how you are progressing.

So if you want to take the first step into the world of rock climbing, then this basic course is for you. Also, throughout the day at the Falesia de Monsummano, you will get to enjoy some truly beautiful Tuscan scenery. If that sounds like something you want to experience, please send us a request, and let us guide you.

Are you looking for a different kind of outdoor experience in Tuscany, one you can enjoy with the kids? If so, we can also guide you on this via ferrata trip at Mount Forato.

Stephanie

It was my first climbing experience and it couldn’t have been better. My guide Franco chose a climbing spot that allowed for varying degrees of difficulty, took his time to explain safety, all the different tools, show me basic techniques, and guided me through the pitches to help improve my skills over the day. We were able to do several pitches of varying difficulty to explore and push my limits and get comfortable with the elevation. Thank you! I highly recommend him.
