Description

Spend five days rock climbing in Mont Blanc and Chamonix!

This course is targeted to experienced climbers (level 64 and 6b) who seek a challenge and want to improve their technical skills in some of the Mont Blanc massif’s great classics.

On each day of the course, you will discover a different climbing style. You will also learn new technical skills, all while enjoying the Chamonix area’s strikingly beautiful scenery.

Globally famous, rock climbing in Mont Blanc is a unique experience that high mountain climbers shouldn’t miss out on. When you find yourself surrounded by the imposing Mont Blanc scenery while climbing the most perfect red granite, you’ll know I was right!

During these 5 days rock climbing in Mont Blanc, you will have the chance to practice climbing on long routes (over 200 meters). You will also learn techniques for safe belaying and practice leading on 5a and 5b-level stretches. This will also be your chance to climb the famous La Rébuffat route, following in the footsteps of the renowned mountaineer.

For safety reasons, I can take a maximum of 4 people on this course. Please note that for 3 or 4 climbers to take this course together, at least one of them must be able to lead at the required level. Don’t hesitate to sign up even if you are alone: we will find others to join you. You can also contact me if you are part of a group and I will give you a discounted price.

I am an experienced IFMGA/UIAGM-certified mountain guide, based in Chamonix. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you’d like more information about this course or if you have any specific questions. Come join me and I’ll take you to some of the Mont Blanc’s great classics. I’ll also guide you to some of my favorite spots. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!
