I am happy to invite you to climb a really challenging peak of the Pennine Alps: the Breithorn.
The Breithorn is a mountain that lies near the Matterhorn. It is part of the Monte Rosa Massif, on the Italian-Swiss border. This peak actually divides the Mattertal Valley from the Aosta Valley.
This ascent is usually combined with other peaks in a multi-day program, like this 2-day climb to the Breithorn and Polluxmountains. However, this time we’ll do a summit attack in just 5 or 6 hours. That’s why it’s mandatory to have previous mountaineering experience as well as a good physical condition.
The Breithorn is 4164-meter high and its ascent involves an intermediate difficulty. We must take the cable car that takes us up to 3800 meters of altitude. From there, we’ll have to climb through a quite demanding slope until we’re at the summit.
In order to enjoy a safe and personalized experience I will guide a group of no more than 2 participants. The best period to climb the Breithorn is from June till mid-September.
So if you’re ready to live a different climbing trip in Zermatt, please fill out the form and get in touch with me. I can’t wait to guide you up to the summit of such an amazing mountain!
