Description

Zinalrothorn (4221m) is known as one of the best peaks to ascend in the area. Join me to see why! Indeed, this mountain in the Pennine Alps is definitely worth a visit.

The ascent takes two days. First, we go up to the hut, where we spend the night and get ready for the next day’s adventure. Reaching the summit of Zinalrothorn is a wonderful experience!

I greatly enjoy guiding my friends and clients up here because of the beautiful ridge climbing. In addition, its location in the middle of the 4000s around Zermatt is strategic to enjoy amazing views.

I had am amazing time during the 1-day off-piste training course at Hoch-Ybrig. Urs, our main mountain guide, was very helpful in answering my queries before the course, and Lupe from explore-share was helpful in selecting the course. We had 3 groups under Urs, Mario and Patrick, and I was in the group with Patrick. He gave us a lot of nice tips and individualized video analysis. He made a special effort to convey everything in English, since I don't know German. All the participants were very helpful and friendly too! The course is good value for money as skis are included for the weekend in the course price.
