Summit of Pico de Orizaba the third-highest peak in North America and the tallest in Mexico!
Let our expert team of local guides—100% dedicated to leading climbers safely to the summit—take you into the magical Neovolcanic Mexican Range.
Operated entirely by its owners, both active guides with over 17 years of experience, you’ll be in the hands of professionals who have successfully guided countless clients to summits across Mexico and led eight expeditions to the Andes in Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, and Argentina.
We’ll meet in Puebla City and transfer to San Miguel Zoapan for breakfast before a 4x4 ride takes us to base camp. There, we’ll settle in and complete an acclimatization hike before dinner and rest, readying ourselves for the summit push. At midnight, after a light breakfast, we’ll begin the ascent—an eight-hour climb to the top of Mexico. Once we’ve enjoyed the views, we’ll descend to base camp, return by 4x4 to town, celebrate with a well-earned dinner, and transfer back to Puebla City, concluding the expedition.
This is a challenging high-altitude climb that demands good physical condition and readiness for cold weather. With our local knowledge, international alpine experience, and dedication to safety, we’ll guide you every step of the way.

Lalo was such a great guide. Getting up the glacier was difficult and slow but he was very patient, gave great advice, and helped us summit and descend safely! Such a great experience and would definitely use him as a guide again in the future.
