Highlights

I will guide you through 5 massifs during 6 days: Mont Blanc, Beaufortain, Aravis, Bauges and Fiz. It will be a time to address all aspects of trail running (training, nutrition, mental preparation, running technique, equipment management…).

During your stay, you will stay in a charming hotel in a small village perched in the mountains. You’ll find yourself in the ideal conditions to train but also to escape everyday life.

We will have picnics for lunch, and warm dinners at the hotel. We will enjoy a day off to visit Chamonix or Megève. Or, why not, to savour the local products in a secret location.

The course will take place at Crest Voland, in Savoie. I will set the date according to demand.

Does this trail running course sound interesting? Then please get in touch with me for this personalized program! I would be glad to take you to these mountain trails that I know so well. I will share my passion for these large sumptuous spaces. If you can only take a shorter trip, I will of course adapt the program to your availability.

And if you want to try trail running for the first time, I recommend you check out this Trail running for beginners in the Beaufortain.

What People are Saying about Caroline Freslon

Great experience, but definitely favored toward elite runners. One of our guides, JC, was amazing. He cared about every runner. The other guide seemed only to care for the elites (and himself). On top of Col des Montets, I asked if we had time to put on warm layers. The guide said \"of course,\" but then quickly proceeded to run off with the entire group while I stood bare and freezing with my gear unpacked. Total lack of consideration for the well-being of his runners. Otherwise a great tour.
