Explore different mountaineering techniques in this 4-day course led by an IFMGA certified mountain guide in the Mont Blanc massif, that includes ascents to the Aiguille d'Entrèves & Aiguille Croux.
This 4-day mountaineering course in the Mont Blanc massif is an advanced training on ice, rock and mixed terrains.
You’ll be exploring different mountaineering techniques and complete two ascents of medium difficulty: Aiguille d’Entrèves (3604 m) and Aiguille Croux (3251 m).
This course is a great opportunity to improve your skills on glacier travel, rock and ice climbing. Besides, you’ll get basic notions on meteorology, mountaineering gear and orientation.
Among other skills, you’ll learn about crevasse rescue movements, using climbing shoes, choosing the best climbing technique according to the rocks and picking climbing routes. You’ll also practice rope team glacier travel and rock climbing (abseiling and multi-pitch climbs).
Would you like to take your climbing skills to the next level? Send me a request so we can start planning this 4-day course together!
