Nadelgrat, 6 x 4,000m peaks in 4 days, from Zermatt or Saas Fee

Head into the high Swiss mountains on a 4-day mountaineering adventure along the Nadelgrat route.

Featuring high and exposed ridges and sublime alpine scenery, we’ll visit 6 summits that reach beyond 4,000 meters.

We will begin by meeting in either Zermatt or Saas Fee, which are 2 idyllic resort villages in the canton of Valais.

After taking some lifts we’ll begin acclimatising as we gradually increase in altitude. We’ll rest in an alpine hut before ascending a 4,000-meter peak the next day.

Day 3 will take us to the Bordier Hut, which rests at approximately 2,800 meters.

And then on our final day we mountaineer the Nadelgrat, which consists of 4 peaks over 4,000 meters which we will traverse along rocky and snowy ridges.

This alpine traverse takes place in the remote mountains far from the crowded sections of the mountainside.
Potential participants are required to have good physical fitness as well as having good technical abilities.
