Description

The Aconcagua mountain is the highest of the Andes range. At 6,962 m it is a challenge for many mountaineers. On this 5-day trek I will guide you to the Plaza Francia and Plaza de Mulas where you will be able to revel in the stunning views of this South American landmark.

Plaza Francia will be our first objective. It is technically not too challenging and at 4200m altitude, easy to adapt to. We will enjoy the stunning views and spend the night at this spot, then, the following morning, we will set off to Plaza de Mulas at 4250 m. This stunning location is slightly more challenging to climb to and is also the largest base camp in the world after Everest. Consequently, you will be able to meet other travellers and mountaineers that you can share your experience of the Andes with.

This Aconcagua trek is an intermediate climb that requires some previous mountaineering experience. The most important though is that you have a good fitness level. Of course, I will be there to help and guide you the whole way!

Are you ready to join me on a unique adventure in the Andes? Then book your place now on this exciting trek to Plaza Francia and Plaza de Mulas in Aconcagua and enjoy the experience of a lifetime!

Short on time? I also offer a three day trek to Plaza Francia.
