Saas Fee is known as the pearl of the Alps. This valley in the canton of Valais actually provides a wide variety of outdoor activities both in summer and winter.

Today, I bring 4 different climbing options to enjoy from early June till mid September. They are technically easy-intermediate programs. All of them can be done in a couple of hours (no more than half a day). Please find more details here below.

Weissmies (4023 m)

It is a medium-difficulty ascent which starts in the Hohsaas Station. The way to the summit leads us through rugged seracs but the panoramic views are really stunning. This trip takes around 6 hours in total and I can guide a group of 3 people maximum. The prices are:

  • 1 person: 620 CHF;
  • 2 persons: 325 CHF per person;
  • 3 persons: 270 CHF per person.

Lagginhorn (4010 m)

The Lagginhorn is the lowest four-thousand summit in Switzerland. Its ascent involves an intermediate technical level since it combines ice and rock terrains. The round trip takes approximately 6 hours. The maximum number of participants per group is 3. Here below you’ll find the prices:

  • 1 person: 650 CHF;
  • 2 people: 365 CHF per person;
  • 3 people: 265 CHE per person.

Allalinhorn (4027 m)

This is the easiest ascent. Although the way is totally covered by snow, the climbing tour won’t take more than 3-4 hours and it is suitable for all levels of climbers. I can lead a group up to 5 participants. The prices are as follows:

  • 1 person: 550 CHF;
  • 2 persons: 280 CHF per person;
  • 3-5 persons: 185 CHF per person.

Alphubel (4206 m)

It is a really interesting ascent over the Feechopf. Although there are no technical requirements, a good fitness level is necessary to reach its summit in 5 or 6 hours. I will guide a group of no more than 2 people. The prices for this climbing program are:

1 person: 720 CHF;
2 persons: 375 per person.

Of course I also offer many other programs of more days in this region. You can take a look at my 5-day glacier tour in Bishorn. It is also a good option for intermediate mountaineers.

If you don’t know which program to choose, please get in touch with me. It can happily help you find the best climbing option for you and guide you in Saas Fee! I’ll be waiting for your message.
