The wall in Aiguille du Dru is an iconic spot for rock climbers around the world. This stunning rock climbing mecca is located in Chamonix, within the Mont Blanc Massif. And with its more than 1000 meters of height, is one of the most impressive settings to practice this amazing sport.
Over a 3-day trip, I will guide you across some of the best spots to enjoy thrilling ascents, fun crags and the best rock there is! Moreover, we’ll get the most mesmerizing sceneries of a beautiful landscape around us.
I have many surprises prepared for you. On our first day I will take you to Argentiere and Grands Montets. There, we’ll tackle an embedded block of more than 600 meters! And once we reach the top, the views we’ll get will make it completely worth all the effort to reach it!
Then, on our second day we’ll head towards the summit of Aiguille du Dru. It will be be a challenging yet incredibly satisfying ascent. Finally our last day, on top of great rock climbing, we’ll get to ride the Montenvers train back to Chamonix. So, we’ll enjoy dazzling sceneries from the beginning to the end of our journey!
To join this trip I recommend you have previous experience rock climbing, and to be comfortable to 6-grade scale ascents. Also, you should have a good physical condition, to make the most of each day’s challenges

Carlos is a very accomplished rock climber, speaks great English, and is fun to be around. We felt very safe while climbing with him on the Sharks Fin, and learned a lot too.

The whole trip was excellent. Explore share did a great job coordinating. Carlos is an experienced guide and effective teacher. I felt safe with him the whole time we were on the mountain. The weather was terrific and we summited just as expected. I highly recommend Carlos Vasquez for Mont Blanc.

Carlos was a professional and committed guide! We had three great days. He was friendly and guided us savely up to mt blanc. i dont understand the one bad rating carlos got. In my opinion it think it was an bloody amateur which shouldnt have been on mt blanc in the first place. Let me say one thing. If you have no experience on higher mountains and in climbing in general, there is no place for you on mt blanc. train hard, prepare and come with the right expectation!

Carlos is an unbelievable guide and I would recommend him to anyone considering any trip with him. He is very knowledgeable but relaxed with how he treats his clients. Would absolutely hire him again
