Description

On this 4-day climbing tour in the Bernese Alps, you will have the chance to climb three emblematic mountains in Switzerland: Eiger at 3,967 m (13,015 ft), Mönch at 4,110 m (13,480 ft), and Jungfrau at 4,158 m (13,642 ft).

Eiger is an iconic mountain with a huge north face. Climbing the Mittellegi knife-sharp ridge is a real adventure. The Mönch and Jungfrau add some snow-covered airy ridges with glacier travel, making the traverse even more exciting! You will spend the night in Mittellegi hütte and Mönchjochhütte.

In terms of fitness level and preparation, you should be able to move quickly on moderate terrain for 8 to 12 hours (the longest day). You will also need rock climbing experience, PD/AD climbs, and good crampon skills.

If you would like to join this unique climbing program in the Bernese Alps, then send your booking request and we can start making all the necessary arrangements. I look forward to guiding you!

Yet another outstanding experience booked through explore-share. Your hands on approach with the planning and logistics made the process easy for me and Vladimir was one of the best mountain guides I have ever had the pleasure of climbing with. His talent, knowledge and leadership was inspiring and I definitely left the mountain as a better climber than I was when I arrived. It was a truly wonderful and exhilarating experience which I will not be forgetting anytime soon and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a similar adventure.
