Would you like to experience rock climbing without worrying about the weather conditions? Would you like to practice your climbing skills? How about relaxing in a sauna after all the hard work? These are just some of the perks of indoor climbing in Paris. Join me for a lesson to improve your skills and discover some of the best climbing venues in Paris.
Whether you are a complete beginner, an intermediate or an expert, we will arrange the perfect program for you. On this lesson, we can go to a bouldering or a rope climbing gym to improve your skills or prepare you for a mountaineering ascent. Furthermore, one of the great things about indoor climbing in Paris is that some gyms have saunas to relax in after the activity!
My regular lessons last one hour, but you can stay with me as much time as you want. Keep in mind that this program is suitable for everyone, even for kids! I will be there every step of the way to help and guide you!

Rock Climbing Instructor
I hold a state certificate in Climbing in Natural Environments (DEJEPS) and I'm also certified in Tree Climbing. I regularly take people to climb trees and spend the night on a hammock at the top, in the middle of the forest!
I'm also a certified Feldenkrais practitioner. Felden Method is a way to improve motor skills leading to more pleasure while practicing your favorite activity but also a tool to seek performance, get rid of pains or regain confidence after an injury. As I'm aware of the way you're moving, I can guide you towards a better movement. If you like, we can start or finish the day on a yoga mat.
