Description
It is my pleasure to propose to you this 3-day climbing trip in the beautiful Vosges Natural Park. Its granite walls offer the best rock climbing options for both single-pitch and multi-pitch routes.
The rocks of Martinswand, located 1200 meters high, offer many climbing possibilities on a granite rock. In fact, the rock is very adherent and the equipment present is excellent. The climb is in general aerial on slabs and cracks. We will appreciate the magnificent views over the Frankenthal valley as well as the whole Munster valley. The total altitude of the cliff is 100-120 meters.
This amazing program I lead in Vosges is aimed at people who want to improve their technical knowledge such as:
– Safety techniques,
– Progression in sports tracks or long routes;
– Alpine climbing on slabs and cracks.
The only condition to join this program is to have some prior rock climbing experience and a good fitness level.

Willy was a brilliant instructor and guide. He took us on the Pont a Lesse beginners via ferrata, then onto a slightly harder section, and finally a short top-roped climb. We climbed with our 10 and 12 year olds and he was brilliant and making sure they followed all the safety rules, gave them good advice and on a particularly tricky vertical section, used a top rope for extra security. He was really encouraging and great company. He communicated well beforehand and his English was excellent. He also used to be a photographer before he became a climbing instructor, and he took some fabulous photos which he shared with us afterwards. We had a fantastic time and I would definitely recommend going on a trip with him.

Willy est un très bon guide. Il nous a conseillé une via ferrata plus compliquée et mieux adaptée à notre niveau avant le départ, ce qui était bien vu de sa part. Il nous a guidé sans nous tenir par la main afin de nous laisser notre autonomie et a prit plein de photos de notre ascension.
