Description

The Verdon Gorge is one of the most spectacular natural areas in Europe. I invite you to join me on an amazing 6-day, 7 night “verti-hiking” and multi-sport adventure and discover this unique location in the Alpes de Haute-Provence. “Verti-hiking” involves hiking, easy climbing and basic rope techniques.

The Verdon Gorge is one of Europe’s most beautiful river canyons, boasting a spectacular combination of sparkling waters, rugged rock formations and stunning hiking trails.

This verti-hiking adventure allows us to reach the wildest and remote places in the canyon, traversing vertiginous routes. This exceptional program combines the discovery of the gorge with a program full of excitment and thrills!

We will enjoy 6 unforgettable days! Our “verti-hike” includes via cordata, abseiling, dry canyoning, an aerial zip-line, progresssion on tight-rope and easy climbing. In sum, it is an amazing cocktail of wonderful landscapes and challenges.

Our last day will be a free day, dedicated to hiking and visiting charming Provencal villages, enjoying a via ferrata, canyoning or rafting. Please bear in mind this program is suitable to enyone with a good head for heights and a reasonable fitness level.

We got a guide for backcountry skiing in Chamonix. The guide was excellent in fulfilling our wishes even though the viability was poor and snow layer thin.
