I invite you to a unique rock climbing experience in a spectacular scenery. Join me for a 2-day guided rock climb in the Arête des Cosmiques and spend a night in a portaledge!

If you have a good head for heights and a brave spirit, an overnight hanging from the rock is something you have to experience!

It might sound risky, but I assure you sleeping on a portaledge is very safe. It's such a unique feeling, sleeping there with no one around, just us and the mountains. And from the Cosmiques Ridge, we will be able to enjoy a magnificent view of Mont Blanc.

The Arête des Cosmiques, also called Cosmiques Ridge, is one of the most popular routes in the impressive Mont Blanc Massif. It has a few challenging sections, but it is not too difficult. It has varied routes that offer a great diversity of climbing options. Also, it's really exposed and offers amazing views.

In the program I propose I offer you the option of just sleeping there: going down from the top and installing the portaledge not far from the top, or in the middle of the wall. Or we have the option of climbing up from the bottom of the wall and sleeping in the midddle. Then, with this option, the day after we would either abseil down or climb up.

Please note it’s possible to join this tour with no climbing experience.

If you want to go somewhere else or if the conditions at Arête des Cosmiques are not good, we can do this same program on the Brévent peak or in Annecy, above the lake. These are also 2 amazing spots for this great climbing adventure.

I provide you with all the equipment. You need to bring a sleeping bag. I can take a maximum of 4 people with me, with 1 portaledge every 2 people and my own portaledge.

If you want a full day of climbing on Day 2, starting from the bottom on Day 1, the price per person is the following:

1 person: 800€ Group of 2: 400€ Group of 3: 270€ Group of 2: 200€

We really enjoyed our Via Ferrata tour with Willie! He explained everything very well, from how to set up and use the equipment to what to expect during the climb. He explained in detail how the safety features work as well as what to be careful for in terms of falling and the dangers associated with them. And the dangers associated with them. We had a ton of fun, and my daughter who was afraid successfully completed the course as well as the shorter more challenging routes at the end. On top of everything, Willie took some really nice pictures of us! We would 100% hire him again to take us on another Via Ferrata or even just a regular climbing outing.

Our group had a great experience. Most of us were at Font for the first time so this was a great intro. The guide was helpful and even offered to drive us back to Paris rather than us having to take the train. Some coordination info on the website was unclear but I was able to chat with a representative online to get it sorted. Only regret was not signing up for the full day experience!
