The day before the expedition we will have a meeting to finalize details and do an equipment check. If you require a porter, this can be arranged at an additional cost. There is the option to add an extra day in the expedition, with the possibility of getting closer to the ice field if the weather allows.

Day 1: Valle Laguna Toro

We will climb a mountain called La Loma de Pliegue until we reach the river valley which we will follow to the Laguna Toro. Here in Laguna Toro we will set up our first campsite. Weather-permitting, we should be able to see  Fitz Roy, Cerro Torre, Cerro Huemul, and Paso del Viento this day.

Day 2: Paso del Viento

This is the most physically demanding day of the trip. We will trek from Laguna Toro to Rio Tunel. We will cross Rio Tunel by zip-line. We will reach a moraine where we can stop and admire the lower glaciers. From here we continue until we reach Paso del Viento.
