Spaghetti Tour from Switzerland

Martin was really the perfect guide for my and my 17-year old son’s alpine adventure week! In the end we only climbed one out of the three peaks that we had planned to, but on the other hand we climbed three other great ones instead (something we decided together). I really appreciated his flexibility and also that it was easy to hang out with Martin. Best recommendations - wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to him again!

Punta Gnifetti, Margherita Hut, All-Inclusive Guided Ascent

I used explore-share based on relatively good reviews. Sadly, my experience with them is very inpersonal and not good. Trip advertised initially as available, followed by direct email from company providing it, trip is not guaranteed as sleep in a hut is not confirmed. Few days before the flight, trip was adjusted (cancelled/ rescheduled/ changed 5 times). I understand and fully appreciate that these trips are hard to arrange and you are not providing them directly. But as a company advertising (for extra fee) them for others, should take a bit of responsibility. I found upsetting to receive generic emails, asking for review on trip which did not happened. No response to my emais, what do they actually means by those emails. Equally refund took approximately 5 days. I was not planning to write any review, but I am very disappointed by their poor communication. I would not use them again!

4-day Dufourspitze Ascent from Gressoney

Great guide, but unfortunately our trip was cut short because of the weather so we only climbed 2 days instead of 4. But that’s life. The one thing that I didn’t like so much was the portal that you have to go through in order to book the trip. It’s not very personal. I’d rather deal with one person from the start whose name you know and whom you have direct contact with. But overall I was happy with my trip and Claudio and Sylvia did a great job.
