Located in the Saas Valley in the Swiss canton of Valais, the village of Saas-Fee sits at the foot of the Pennine Alps, particularly Dom (4,545 meters) and Allalinhorn (4,027 meters). It is bordered by Italy to the south (Aosta Valley and Piedmont) and France to the southwest (Auvergne-Phone-Alpes). The vibrant village is home to a number of outdoor sports including skiing, snowboarding, canyoning and mountain climbing.
The region receives temperatures around freezing point during the winter, and warm and pleasant conditions during summer.
